Use a South African number, e.g. 082 123 4567 or +27 82 123 4567. If you do not use WhatsApp, we can agree another channel during review.

03 Services
Service Categories *

Choose all that apply. Plumbing is the first active recruitment category; the others are future categories.

List the services you perform and any exclusions. For plumbing, examples include leak repairs, burst pipes, drains, geysers, installations and toilets/taps. For other categories, describe your relevant work.

04 Service Coverage

The pilot is Gauteng-focused. Select areas you normally serve, rather than just where you are based.

Provider Pilot Terms

  • Participation: Registration is an application. Konnect reviews information before approval and activation; submitting does not guarantee acceptance. Providers must supply accurate details and tell us when services, coverage or availability change.
  • Current pilot: There is no joining fee and no lead charge. Lead volume is not guaranteed and an enquiry is not a guaranteed job. Any future paid arrangements will be communicated separately and require agreement.
  • Independent work: You set and communicate your own quotation and pricing. The customer chooses whether to appoint you and pays you directly. You are responsible for your workmanship and service delivery. Konnect facilitates introductions; participation does not make you an employee of Konnect.
  • Opportunities and feedback: We check your availability and interest before supplying relevant customer contact details. Contact the customer about that enquiry and provide brief outcome feedback when requested.
  • Customer information: Use it only to respond to the relevant enquiry. Do not sell it, share it unnecessarily with third parties or use it for unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis. Handle it responsibly, keep it secure and retain it only as needed for the enquiry, work or applicable obligations.
  • Pause or leave: There is no long-term commitment during the pilot. Contact us to stop receiving opportunities. This does not cancel commitments you have agreed directly with a customer.
  • Network participation: Konnect may decline an application or suspend/remove a provider from the active network where appropriate, including inaccurate information, misuse of customer data or service concerns. Contact us to discuss a decision.

Provider Privacy Notice

What and why: We collect the business/contact details, services, coverage, availability and optional business information you supply, plus your acknowledgements and submission details. We use these to review and manage participation, contact you, consider suitable opportunities and follow up on outcomes. Required fields are needed to assess an application; optional fields can be left blank.

Processing and sharing: Formspree receives and processes this form. Its processing can take place outside South Africa, including the United States; see Formspree’s Privacy Policy. Application information is intended for the operator and service providers needed to process/manage it. Relevant business/contact information may be used for a customer introduction after you confirm interest. We do not publish your application as a public profile or sell it.

Care and retention: Provider records must be handled with appropriate safeguards and access limited to people managing the pilot. Records are kept only as needed for participation, follow-up and applicable obligations; information no longer needed should be removed. Do not supply identity documents, banking details or unrelated sensitive information in this form.

Your choices: Contact the operator to request access, correction, updates, removal or to stop receiving opportunities. Some information may need to be retained for applicable obligations; we will explain this where relevant. You can also raise a privacy concern with the Information Regulator South Africa.
